Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and manual execution, refunds are limited. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Validation Sprint Refunds

The Validation Sprint $299 one-time is a risk-assessment service. Refund eligibility depends on delivery status:

Before testing begins: If no evaluation is performed due to internal issues on our side, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
Once testing begins: Once content is deployed and testing has commenced, refunds will not be issued.

Subscription Services

Subscription services such as Distribution Engine $599/mo and Multi-Account Scale are billed monthly.

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months once the service period has begun.
  • If cancellation is submitted before the service period starts, a refund for the upcoming cycle may be provided.
Cancel Anytime: Cancellation does not require justification. Simply submit before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in exceptional cases where services were demonstrably not rendered. All refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • Received within 14 days of the issue arising
  • Include a clear description of the service failure

Account Access & Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility is not based on the following external factors:

  • Platform enforcement actions by TikTok or Instagram
  • Algorithm changes on any platform
  • Account suspensions outside Social Reel Farm's control
  • Client's failure to maintain platform compliance
Services Considered Rendered: Where Social Reel Farm has actively deployed content or conducted account management, services are considered rendered and are non-refundable.

No Guarantee Refunds

Because results depend on external platforms (TikTok & Instagram algorithms) and iterative testing outcomes, no results guarantees exist.

Important: Refunds are not issued based on performance outcomes alone. Structured testing, format validation, and deployment are services in themselves — regardless of algorithmic results.
